TC Branding Group Sustainability Statement     

Looking after our future.

 

 

 

Sustainable practices are at the heart of TC Branding. Our planets’ resources are finite and it is more important than ever to operate responsibly, which means giving back to the world around us and the communities within it. Our strategy to help achieve this includes:

• Getting better insight into our supply chain, going beyond the first vendor level, which is essential for a sustainable future so we can look out for the people within it.

• To reduce our carbon footprint, TC Branding Group aims wherever possible to purchase from UK-based suppliers and manufacturers.

• We source and promote environmentally friendly products, striving always to ensure that our customers can make informed decisions and responsible product choices.

• TC Branding has a long-term environmental objective to “Reduce, reuse and recycle whenever possible.” Plastic packaging has been largely eliminated from our warehouse and cardboard cartons are re-used instead of being disposed of. 

• We use low energy LED lighting.

• Our energy supplier uses renewable energy sources.

• Through our partnership with DHL (Our preferred delivery provider), we make a voluntary contribution with each delivery made to offsetting the carbon emissions incurred whilst also helping to fund the electric vehicles used in the DHL fleet.

• Through our HR policies and practices, we endeavor to create the right conditions for our members of staff to enjoy long and happy careers, including the provision of a new break area at our offices in Horsham.

• We are an equal opportunities employer and have a published policy to ensure that all job applicants and employees are treated fairly and without favour or prejudice. 

• TC Branding are ISO 14001 accredited, which means we have an approved management system in place to reduce the impact of our environmental operations.

• TC Branding actively offsets our greenhouse gas emissions. Since 2022 we have worked with Ecologi to fund leading climate action solutions, including renewable energy projects and reforestation schemes.

• TC Branding supports specific charity initiatives as a means of looking after the communities around us, both nationally and overseas. Examples of the community charities we have supported include The Gambia Project, the Kingdom Faith Project and our local Horsham FC football team.

TC Branding pledges to monitor our practices on an ongoing basis, to ensure we are doing all we can to meet or exceed our objectives and to be mindful always of our impact on the planet.
